Hello, welcome to My Creative Time's 120th Release Blog Hop and sale!  I had a lot of fun this week sharing some of my creations using the new release!  Since there is so much to see from the other girls,  I'm not going to keep you long.  The list for the hop is at the end...enjoy!

I cut the Fancy dies with masking paper and used them as a stencil to ink blend with oxide inks.  Just another way to get more mileage from your dies!

just because purse ~ MCT 120th Release Sneak Peek Day 4

Wow, we are one day away from the full release being available for purchase!  Today is day 4 of My Creative Time's 120th Release Sneak Peek and I get to share with you the versatile purse die!  The reason I say versatile is because it can be a layer on a card, a card itself (like I did), or even a pocket.  I'll leave the explanation for a pocket for another time.

I made mine into a card with a pocket on the inside for a gift card.  Just using the die and patterned paper, I easily created a cute giftcard card.  It took longer for the adhesive to dry than actually making the card!  That is my favorite project, cute, quick, and easy!  :)

miss you ~ MCT 119th Release Blog Hop!

 

Happy Friday and welcome to My Creative Time's 119th Release Blog Hop!  I hope you've enjoyed this week's sneak peeks!  Today I get to share with you another card using the sweet Broken Heart Dies.  

To make this card I first lightly stamped a rose on the panel with Tattered Rose Oxide ink (it's darker in person).  Then stamped and die cut a rose in black for the focal point.  Also added some soft ink blending on the hearts with more Tattered Rose.

hello friend ~ MCT 119th Release Sneak Peek Day 2

Hi, today is day 2 of My Creative Time's 119th Release Sneak Peeks!  Isn't this bear the sweetest!  The bear comes with an assortment of sentiments which are perfect for "well wishes".  I love that you don't have to color the whole bear to make him pretty 😊 just a few strokes with a copic marker does the trick.  Also being showcases today is the Assorted Mini Tag Dies, which have several shapes and layers.

To create the open frame I used two of the Cute Card dies taped together with washi tape.  Just another way to get more mileage from your dies.  The tiny wonky hearts are from Band-aid Dies.

I had so much fun with this set that I created three cards! The first card above, I created by doing some simple stamping, paper piecing, and copic coloring. I used Cute Postage Frame Dies for the panel and some pattern paper. I also created my own "pattern" paper using one of the roses along with Fog (simon says stamp ink), and a bit of shimmer on the rose and leaves. It's the subtle details that give it life. :)

The next card I created using one of the rose stamps to create a background with white pigment ink.  Then I colored with Prisma pencils. Die-cut the "hello" with Big Word Dies and added more shimmer to the word.

For my last card, I simply heat embossed white roses, die cut the "hello" three times, and added Nuvo Drops...so easy peasy!

Hello, today is the last day of sneak peeks for My Creative Time February Release.  I hope you've enjoyed them as much as I have.  Today I get to share with you new dies, Cute Card and Cute Card Envelope Dies.  I love that it comes with all the layers you could want for the special size card!  This fun-size is perfect for cards and invitations.

The layer and the center flower was stamped with fog ink.  Next, I colored the center flower with Copic markers which gave it a no-line color look.  I also colored the branches with Copic markers to keep the "softness" consistant,
